You don't know shit, then. Those are reaction images/memes that are common across a lot of boards, edited to be /cgl/ friendly. They're old and widely accepted as part of 4chan. Rick and the Pickle Show has a self-proclaimed strong reddit fanbase and OPs pic comes across as a haphazard, sub-par forced meme.

I don't care, I was just explaining the concept to the other anon who seemed confused. I do think her coord's sub-par though. Although, playing devils advocate here because I can, her dress is taobao, as is the choice of many cosplayers/conlitas due to them catering to popular trends, so they're actually not buying lolita brands but cheap chinese stuff, and it's arguable that the recent closing of physical lolita stores around the world could be related to the growing interest in online shops.
