I like Moss Badger and the stuff looked really nice in person at Rufflecon, but I hear she uses Spoonflower which scares me because of the shit print quality, or silkscreens it herself but then only sells those to her friends? Does anyone know? I only ever see her selling her rosettes, not her dresses.

Both Moss Marchen and Moss Badger were vendors at Rufflecon. Moss Marchen doesn't do dresses, only jewelry.

Moss Badger had dresses in the fashion show (see attached photo). Moss Badger's designer also does doll clothing under the label "DollyRockers", which is probably more fun & profitable than doing lolita dresses

They are both lovely people with full-time jobs, which I think is the main reason they don't sell more of their pieces. It's hard to find the time to make stock if you're also working and trying to enjoy your life!
