I got this pair from Irregular Choice, but they are a bit too fancy and uncomfortable for everyday wear.

My bad, must be my monitor. All of the colours look quite difficult to get exact matches for, then, I'd already dismissed the blue and lavender as being really tricky - maybe the teal could work if you can find a blouse, and Teja Jamilla as well as Polonova do teal x gold. I wonder whether a beige chiffon shot with gold would work though, and then it would free you up to use beige in the tights. If you think white is too plain maybe go for a blouse that has a lot of lace or embellishments on the princess sleeve part.

You will somewhat resemble a tree if you get the tights in #7 colour, unless it's my monitor again - a bunch of tan-brown on the bottom and green on the top with a smattering of brown. If the beret is a different brown from the shoes/bag I probably wouldn't recommend it for this outfit because of the emphasis on colour matching and balance in lolita. I would suggest maybe #5 for the tights depending on how beige that surface spell top actually turns out to be.

I like this but agree with the other anon, if you want more pink the hair accessory is the obvious place to put it, then potentially the shoes (or even consider ivory shoes with pink shoe clips). Bitsweet has nice rose bracelets but I think isn't EU-based, perhaps bring in a pink bolero (depending on how far south you are..)
I have attached uncomfortable but pretty ivory shoes for your perusal.

I don't like the combination of star chain and crown, pick one or the other and then star clips (think Emmy Rossum as Christine in Phantom of the Opera). If you're new enough to makeup that you need a 'look' with gold in it, I suggest looking for a 'natural gold eye' rather than anything particularly dramatic.
If you're going with star themes, star charm jewellery in gold is easy to find on ebay
