I found this photo on cgl last year sometime. I have no idea who it is. But it's one of my favorite lolita wallpapers.

The tea party saved allot for me. Since there was so much food and drinks. If you wanted you could even order alcohol at the bar (if you were 18+ ofc). France should take notes.
