Sounds like a perfectly valid way to scrap mold off something without any undercuts, frugality and marital status of parents at conception aside..

Oh, and general progress: DIYCNC is a pitfall, I'l already redesigning from the ground up, woo.
The point of this thing was to mill dense foam for props and armor and shit, spent a couple weeks on it and have little to show so far.
