Well, if Walgreen is all you've got, maybe something like white Crayola Model Magic? If they carry it.

Pros:
It comes in white, no need to paint
It's very lightweight
It can be rolled and applied pretty smooth
Air dries, no baking

Cons:
It won't last and is not durable
Cracks/crumbles easily

Worth a last-minute shot.
