I want to cosplay as Salvador, but I've got no idea how to go about making his holsters. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, what's the bandolier-thing he's wearing called? Is it just a certain type of bandolier, because I'm not sure I've seen one like it before.

An army surplus store should have pouches like that for fairly cheap. Just buy a few and put them on a belt with with a similar buckle. Hell, you might be able to find one at an army surplus store. I've never gone looking for buckles, so I don't know for sure if they've got any.
