Good luck Anon! I think the dress is cute as hell, but really hard to wear as it will look unflattering on most people. If it suits you I am sure it will look adorable!

I am mostly mad because it did not need to be that unflattering. Innocent World for example has a few of these Sailor OPs with a similar cut, but they have waist ties (and do not have this awkward line of ruffles) which makes them 500% more flattering and nice, even for people with bigger boobs.
