I'm actually looking forward to a-kon this year. I had a decent time at a-kon last year, I thought the fort worth location was nice. But most of my friends didn't go last year and I felt pretty down about it. This year, most of my friends aren't going again, but I decided that I'm still gonna try and have a great time regardless. I'm still waiting on news about the after hours stuff before I decide if I want to book a hotel room or not, though. Either way, I decided that this year I'm gonna try to be super social and meet new people!
