What I'm trying to say is that in that particular picture I think she was going for a fake lash line to create that kind of optical illusion that her eyes are bigger or a different shape, but ended up looking like aegyo sal eyebags. As for her top and bottom liner, you can see it a little better in pic related. Top liner is definitely there, but it's getting obscured whereas the bottom liner is completely bared. Not trying to say her makeup is particularly awful, but I think I know what she's going for and she's really not hitting the mark. She needs it sharper and more defined, her current style is way too thick. Maybe she's looking at makeup tutorials that aren't for her eye shape?
