So I've done plenty of research on how to build the wing frame and mounting them with a corset bracket but I'm stuck on the feathers. Real feathers are expensive so I'm looking at alternatives. I have access to a laser cutter so I can mass produce something from a light material. I'm not a fan of that thin packaging foam wing people seem in love with. Maybe organza?
