I haven't played Zyra with Ashe before, I prefer her with Twitch, but I don't see the issue here? Or maybe you're one of those guys that's like RUSH AN I.E. NO MATTER WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED AT THE MOMENT. While Ashe is a crit-based champion, she needs move speed and attack speed. Shiv is a great first or second item on her.
