I don't think the artists should sell those for $30, but $200 is not something I would pay for a tiny "cool-looking" bag I would wear once a month at best.

If they wanted to get rich making those things, it'd be a better idea to mass-produce them and sell them for $50 than to upload their artpieces on Etsy.

They also sell picrelated for $170, I can't imagine that making them cost anywhere near that much.
