Working on a Riddler costume, got the outfit, just need help with the accessories. How do I make a cane kinda like pic related? I'm not going as that exact version of the character, but that's kinda like how I want the cane to look.

I've never made anything other than jewelry before, so I'm pretty stumped on how to make it. I saw I could buy one online, but they're really shitty quality plastic ones, and I want one that'll last.
