I agree with >>8354282, and would add that you've tried too hard to mix too many different cute and fancy themes in both outfits which makes them both look off and not cohesive at all. You can do cute and fancy as long as the overall look works, and unfortunately neither do.
If you want to go more fancy than cute, start with the first coord, swap in the tights from the second one and go with only the cat ears + an elegant updo - think more Breakfast at Tiffany's than kawaii cat maid. I agree that shorter gloves are better than the long ones, and would also suggest maybe a fur capelet or stole.

IMO the second oufit is a mess and the glitter shoes don't work at all with the dress.

This one I think is really cute and works with the glitter. I would go for the head chain thing rather than the rectangle headdress or circular headdress, and suggest adding a pearl bracelet/marine-theme bracelet as well as a more eye-catching choker necklace.

I'm incredibly unconvinced by what you've got going on with the main piece, it just makes me feel like I can't see it properly. The cage-skirt-over-stained glass print is eh (it would work better for a more abstract stained glass pattern since it wouldn't already have panels/structure within the print), and having it half-covered over that is messy again. If you must cover it I would suggest a bustled sheer overskirt so that it drapes with the way the windows are spaced. Also not convinced by RHS in this outfit - I'd rather black-on-black RHS-inspired flatforms. Black with gold accents is however one of my favourite combinations and I'd definitely bring it through in a rosary-inspired gold/black bracelet, maybe some small cross charms on the bonnet and other wrist/hand jewellery (rather than wrist cuffs/gloves)
