the thing that's really blowing my mind is how vitriolic that anon was and totally unwilling to engage in explaining what they thought. terf just seems to mean anyone who doesn't buy into a strange set of rules about identity- no one in their right mind is going to accept as fact that transwomen have periods; that isn't tantamount to shattering their souls apart or seeing them as subhuman. i honestly doubt the anon is even trans, just weirdly virtue signalling being really mad about anything they conclude isn't explicitly prioritizing trans-ness on a korean balloon animals forum.

idk, it has always been sort of board dependent imo. a lot of the innocent humor was still interspersed with insults or spamposting jar guy or what have you. there was infighting about it even then. moralfagging from anonymity is a waste of time either way, but i still think massive circlejerks like the farm are just pathetic. i don't spend time there, but i thought lolcow milkers discouraged harassing their content producers for this very reason. the cwcki definitely took a strong stance on it.
