The cut isn't bad, but it's honestly nothing special. The print is what really makes it. It's from 2006 and rare as fuck, so it only sells a few times a year and never goes for less than $1000, even for the skirt in some colorways. It's the most sought after lolita piece alongside Iron Gate, which also goes for that much.
