Anybody have a good resource for short printing runs of custom patches?

I need some gear advice. Firstly I should mention that I'm looking for aesthetics and believably in the following since there's no official artwork, imagery available

I'm putting together an SCP MTF uniform for halloween/horrorcons and I want to make sure the gear I've picked out will look right aswell as correct patch application for military/police/PMC gearing.
