I think the top two look alright. The laser cut crosses on the bottom two look very out of place and cheapen the look of your jewellery. Either get more detailed looking crossing or just cover those up with the flowers.
Not sure if this is an option for you, but maybe use a bit of gold paint to paint highlights on the edges of your flowers? sorry for the tiny picture
