can someone help me figure out whats going on?

what does it mean when the price is ¥9999999? i assume the seller listed that way so no one would buy the item? is it specifically for overseas buyers? if i asked my ss if they could purchase it for me, could they?

i keep seeing it with things id like to buy but i get the feeling that the items are not meant to be bought. it may just be my imagination, though.
