>Legwear collection needs expanding
You've made a good start with leg wear but getting some more pop pieces will improve your coords. I struggle with legwear to, so I know how hard it can be!
Have you considered something with either horizontal or candy cane-like stripes? I think they'd work with your non-Bodyline main pieces.

>Bags are little too cutesy
The Rilakkuma and Arpakasso bags could be fun in lolita, but they're a little childish to fit the maiden vide of otome. The other plain bags you have are fine.

>Accessories are important
I'm sure you've got a heap you haven't pictured, but I can't see many in the coords you posted. Remember that it's quality over quantity, and less is more.
If I'm wearing shortsleeves I like to focus my accessories on my hands and arms, and if the top half of my coord is simple, I like to go for a statement brooch or necklace.
I generally avoid plastic jewelry but that's up to you.

And some general rules:
>Quality over quantity
Try to invest in a few nice peieces you really want, rather than lots of cheap ones you're just 'meh' about. It makes a big difference to the quality of your wardrobe, and truly loving a piece can show through in a coord.
>Think kitsch rather than straight out cutesy
Otome fashion is cute, but the designs and cuts lean towards kitsch (that's the vintage-cute vibe that people sometimes talk about.)
>Not all lolita pieces will work
Sure, some pieces can be versatile across the two fashions, but trying to shoehorn something in looks naff.
>Be careful with offbrand
Some pieces can work in the fashion, but if you're consistently making bad purchases then you're wasting your money.
>Use a color chart
It sounds stupid but try using a color chart to help you pick interesting color combos for your coords.
>Surround yourself with inspo
Get on tumblr, insta, the Japanese coord apps, and follow people that inspire you. It'll really help you improve.

I hope that helps.
