How do you gulls fill out the bottom of your ott tea length dresses and not get the underskirt to look like a sad limp mess? My first attempt looked horrendous and I dont know what type of underskirt, petti, overskirt, so on, I need to to get the proper length. I have pic related and an a line petti should I get something more substancial?
