Hm..I would say the best complement to otome would be what might be considered indies or hipster fashion - button-up, v-neck sweater, nice slacks or jeans.
Or if you're pretty small and androgynous, kodona would like nice too.
But idk, like I said earlier, "otome" literally means young maiden, so it's hard to conjure up what a related male style would be...
