Dresses don't really seem to be common in ageplay outside of sissy because there's like a 10:1 male-to-female ratio of ageplayers. The most popular clothing items are shortalls, onesies, footie pajamas, and cute t-shirts. Dresses made for ageplayers are also mostly upsized versions of children's dresses that are short enough to show off your diaper. This site has some good examples: http://veryspecialclothes.com

Outside of the bedroom and in casual dress, most female ageplayers just wear cute stuff from H&M and F21 and other young-adult fashion mall stores that's kind of childish (fashionable shortalls, peter-pan collared blouses, etc) but still normal enough to not get them any strange looks. While a lot of ageplayers may admire lolita and fairy-kei styles, they don't usually wear them because they're too expensive to "play" in and could arise suspicions that could "out" them if worn in public (which for anyone who has a career would be life-ruining.)
