I REALLY didn't want to make a sweater from scratch, and I REALLY didn't want to buy some designer expensive shit for a wear-once-or-twice cos.

Any ideas where I could buy something as similar as to pic related as possible?
Surprisingly google, amazon, ebay, and ali aren't helping me. It's either not the right color, not striped, etc.

English is not my first language either, so maybe i'm missing some keywords/color names, suggestions for those are also appreciated
