I've gotten both bags before. Let me browse the archives real quick and find a pic of the cosplay one.

Here's the entire pack put together. It looks like instead of random items they're actually trying to give you a full coord now in the fukubukuro. I wish I had gotten one of the cosplays ones as well to see if that held true for it too.
