Going to post my experience with Liz Lisa (I've mostly sold them/moved on from the fashion, so take my recent reviews with a grain of salt):

There isn't a single thing I've gotten during this time that I don't love from them. Wonderfully fluffy dresses and sweaters, cute shorts, well printed skirts. I still kept some of their stuff just because it's so comfortable. Never had any discoloration, falling buttons, nothing. Even if I did, I think loose buttons is something that comes with the territory of jfashion in general because I've gotten multiple BTSSB items with loose buttons (and ribbons for some reason?). One thing to note is that their bags are pretty terrible. Cute and lovely but as with all pleather, low quality.

2012-2014
Started buying less, but I can say that >>9628800 is correct about the quality of sanrio collabs. Neat seams, flat lace, good fit, etc. One thing I was afraid of was fading print but never had an issue with any sanrio prints.

I've only bought a few things direct from LL after 2014 and I would say that they're not really improving. In general, I feel that most jfashion brands haven't really improved in quality since after this time (or a little earlier, I just think mid-2000s stuff is best), but LL items were definitely losing a bit of their charm. I remember a lace panel blouse from them that was surprisingly rough against the skin, not quite scratchy but irritating. One of their long tulle skirts had a wonky elastic, so that the skirt always had a strangly folded section. I wouldn't say their quality has taken a nosedrop, but I would say more items are produced cheaply and that there are more minor errors in recent years.
