I understand not wanting to get involved in it yourself, and finding it disgusting. I personally have little to no respect for people who bring it out in the open to flaunt it. I think a lot of cases where this happens are usually the result of an ageplayer looking for cute clothes and not understanding what lolita is. In those cases, you just need to steer them back where they came from. As far as babyfurs, Rainfurrest 2015 comes to mind. Ugh.

I'm not sure I can understand automatically hating a whole group of people based on the bad actions of some. If you were friends with or knew a lolita that never mentioned it, enjoyed the fashion for what it was, and didn't bring their fetish into it, what would your opinion be if you found out they were an ageplayer?
