I'm having an awful time with the tension on my brand new Brother XL2600i machine. I literally just got it, read through the manual, and sat down to mess around with it and get comfortable sewing on it.

The tension of the bottom thread is fucked and will not hold the top thread in place. It's also causing the fabric to bunch up as soon as it's done sewing, and no matter what I do to the thread length and tension settings it keeps happening.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or have similar experiences. I'm seriously pissed right now, I JUST bought this and it's already having issues.

Thanks for the advice. Do you think something like this Brother XL2600I is a better option?
