/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I have Ichthyosis vulgaris (pic related, my lower leg) and while it's relatively minor in terms how severe it could be, it still makes me self conscious about doing cosplays that show any leg at all (it extends to mid-upper thigh)
any tips for covering it? lotioning only goes so far.
