i have genetic dark circles under my eyes like pic related. i've had them for years and they don't seem to go away with sleep. even with layers of concealer they still show. i'm pale so that doesn't help either. have any of you guys had luck decreasing the intensity of dark circles like this? if you could offer any methods or products i'd appreciate it, i'm really insecure about them.
