So, I'm new to lolita and have a question for you all that have been in it for a while. I'm in love with Merry Making in the Ghost Town. I really want the skirt in navy. What I'm trying to figure out is: Since it's a new print, should I wait a little while to try to acquire it? Or will the price only go up from here, so I should seek it aggressively now?
