I really wanted to dissect your outfit more, so I drew a way you could maybe style it nicer. Replace shoes and skirt is an absolute must. Get a pair of sax teaparties or something, maybe a pleated skirt or light blue petti. Your legs look nice enough that you could pull off a shorter skirt which I think would really make this cuter.
The hair is bad, more offensive than the side ponytail is how separated and thin your bangs look from the clips. If you are going to go ham on the clips please get clip in bangs or something. I think your look is a little OTT for me, less hair accessories and necklaces would be better imo. If you're wearing CC necklace/choker I personally find that her hand made items (not printed) look kind of cheap. Pretty much your whole outfit looks cheap and ratchet because the shiny skirt, shitty shoes, and jewelry.
