"Otakon is pleased to announce that Aniplex will be having the world premiere of the Oreimo Second Season OVAs (episodes 14 through 16) at Otakon 20. This will be shown Friday afternoon followed by a talk session with the author (Tsukasa Fushimi), director (Hiroyuki Kambe), and editor (Kazuma Miki) of Oreimo. This will be a true World Premiere as Oreimo will not be shown elsewhere in the world, including Japan, until August 17 and will be shown in High Definition.”

Otakon gets the good stuff, AX get the dubs a year later. Aniplex knows what's up.
