Hey /cgl/, I think I need some help.

I ordered some shoes through e-mail from Antaina back in mid October. On Oct. 23 they sent me an e-mail saying the shoes were being shipped through registered air mail and would take a while to get to me. The last time their tracking numbers were recorded was on Oct. 28 when they were still in China. Now it's November and they still haven't arrived yet. I'm worried the packages got swept out to sea during Hurricane Sandy or something.

tl;dr Is it normal to have to wait almost 3 weeks for stuff to be shipped to the US from China through registered air mail?
