It's actually the skirt from an old school uniform, everyone called it a "kilt" back then so I unthinkingly said kilt, my apologies to everyone for not being clear.

The skirt ends right at my knees and the jacket is tightly fitted (I should have clarified that as well) so I think I've got the silhouette down at least.

If that outfit was the exact same but with the edition of a leather jacket, would it still be lolita or no?

Thank you for posting this, as I think it's good example of what I was already of thinking of in terms of my coord: black boots, military style hat, a dark collared shirt and tie.
