/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Hey /cgl/, I ordered a bolero through Pruany and it came the other day but they ordered it in the wrong colour. I contacted them about it and they told me they would give me a refund if I shipped the incorrect item back to them. I've never had an issue like this before, but is that normal? It's awfully inconvenient for me to have to ship it back to them to account for their mistake. Has anyone else had to deal with an issue like this before? I'm not really sure how to handle it without coming off as a bitch to my SS
