Not exactly. The number is just the band size so if you have a lot of extra fat or barrel chest then it can be bigger than your cup size on some people. I've seen some overweight women with smaller boobs and no ass at all despite being fatter everywhere else. Different people carry their shit differently and the opposite is just as true.
