This is my first time ordering a seifuku, and I'm looking at costume621. I'm having issue with the sizing though. My bust is 81 and waist(at bellybutton is 70).

Bust 94cm
Waist 64-68cm
L
Bust 98cm
Skirt
Waist 68-72cm

I'm kind of bloated right now, should I chance the M, or go with L? I don't want my upper torso drowning in fabric from my small bust, and I'm not sure what to pick.
