"Whitening" cream doesn't really make your skin whiter, more like it 'brightens' your skin by evening out your complexion.

Personally I started using the GG instead of makeup and because my scars were so dark, it did look kind of bad at first, but now it looks fine and I seriously can't stand the texture of my Neutrogena liquid makeup anymore. I wash my face and put on a light layer, even when It's just gonna be a couch day.

It adjust to skin tone very well, but depending on how dark your complexion is you might have to mix it with something closer to your skin tone.

Can anyone give me a rundown of what Skinfood's basic BB Creams do for your skin? I know the Ginkgo Green was for redness and reducing/fading acne scars, but i don't know what the others are for.
