/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Any suggestions for pic related? I was thinking perhaps a black velvet rectangular headdress, velvet rose combs or a bonnet with velvet flowers and a bolero with lace or chiffon, black tights possibly flocked and I'm a little stuck for shoes. I normally wear platform Mary janes but I feel like this dress requires a more elegant pair of shoes. I have oxfords, normal Mary janes and a few different pairs of boots but I'm not sure any of that would work. I also would appreciate bag suggestions.
