Axes femme and fint can get close but you need to be careful with those too. Look for a cardigan with cute details and a round neck. For some reason v necks don't mesh well with lolita for the most part. You can also button the top part so the cardigan will fit more with the silhouette overall.

MM cardigans are loose but cropped so they fit incredibly well with the silhouette. I found it hard to find anything close in the normie market. The best cardigans for that tend to be vintage or thrifted. Modcloth has a few from time to time but you need to be careful as those cardigans are tighter and are more for rockabilly/vintage which tend to have sexier silhouettes.
