No. Because African and African-American do not instantly mean black. I have a friend that was born and raised in Africa that is is 'white' and speaks Arabic and French. And black people aren't only from Africa; ever seen some Dominicans? They can get dark as hell.
Plus, you'll rarely hear a non-Tumblr black person refer to themselves as an AA; we're not that PC.
