Anyone have any tutorials for spiky fanned-out ponytails like this? All I can find are either "fluffing up" regular ponytails (like Yoko) or thicker, stiffer spikes.

Would a regular Arda ponytail clip be enough hair for this or should I do the method of getting a full wig and adding the claw clip manually? I'm just worried if I try to go accurate with the layering and poof with the pre-made clips, it'll end up looking too thin and weak.
