They were unable to comprehend that it was a fashion/hobby. They were insistent that I got paid to do it (I do acting stuff, they thought maybe it was theatre) because there's no way anyone in their right mind would dress up like that intentionally.

My mom doesn't have facebook and wasn't sure what they were talking about but tried to defend me.. the two of them are just very ignorant and loud people, while my mom is pretty timid.

Ah, thank you. Those shoes were just all the website had listed, it's all from ozzon-japan.This was my other attempt for if I ever acquire mass riches to spend. I need to look into how to get stuff on the cheap.
