Because after TDK, everyone thinks the Joker's whole motive is "hurr durr anarchy everywhere", that's not his thing. If they want an anarchist from Batman, just go with Anarky. Joker is all about attention, especially Batman's. And does he seriously think the Joker would wield a tomahawk? And why the Wolverine pose in the middle?

In essence, fedoras latched on to "Joker" because they see him as a anarchist leader, which couldn't be more untrue (I mean he's not opposed to anarchy, but it's not his main motive)

I wish I could explain to my friends why I dress up as the male version of a female character. I just love Harley Quinn so much, but I'd feel uncomfortable posing as a woman.
