Not really. He dresses in a very ostentatious way for a guy (jeans that I can only describe as "bedazzled") and shirts that are entirely too tight. It just screams "I'm trying to look young." You can look at his older headshots and him now and see the wrinkles are way, way more visible. He needs to lay off the tanning and stop highlighting his hair, 'cause he's not fooling anyone except the girls he sleeps with.

Pic unrelated. Ignore the obvious girl Nagisa and all their faces and cosplays could be better, but I've always loved Phelps back muscles. Just such a lovely shape.
