I actually already did Jotaro. I feel that the more clothes the JoJo character have, the less important will be that you meet his height/fitness.

That being said, Jonathan is literally tall muscle man. Pic related.

Sorry for not making myself clear, I was talking about his height/weight relation. I know hes pretty tall.

But if you're like 1.70m~1.76m for example you could get similar look with less than 75kg.
If you're as tall as him (1.95m) then you'd have to eat a LOT to get even close. And probably do that for at least 2 years.

How would you create these shoulder spaulders?

There are a few variants of Jonathan Joestar that feature different designs for his clothing, and I'm considering my options.

What materials would you craft them out of and why?

I'll post the other shoulder design for comparison shortly.
