The only good information about these guides is the workouts and even those are just barely half-decent.

Pretty much the enterity of the diet and supplements sections are bullshit. You are practically just doing hormones lite by following the advice on them. Might as well go for full-on hrt for actual real effects for not even half as much effort as following the crap the guide tells you to do.
