So that means that Mike has been running kickstarters and taking money that goes toward Newcon and Anime PDX on an inactive business license. That's VERY illegal. You can go to jail for that.

But lets take a closer look.

Well let’s look at the document. Third column down. Looks like it’s NON-PROFIT public benefit. So this means no, he can’t just take the money and go. He could take out pay roll (which he doesn’t) and pay taxes on that money (which he doesn’t) to keep the business running ONLY. So when he says its his money to do with what he likes that’s a lie and it’s against the law. See Allocation of funds in the post of above. Spending this money is not fucking legal, let alone touching it without an accountant or lawyer or treasurer present. And if Jordan WAS a treasurer that would be ANOTHER illegal conflict of interest. Curious about what I mean by that. Just wait until you get to #5.

3. The address on the document has been blocked out for resident privacy. This is registered at Jordan’s old address. They do not live in Portland anymore. It is illegal to have a business change locations and not follow up with the secretary of state. The end.

4. AND MOST HILARIOUSLY OF ALL!! Take a look at the the date in which Newcon PDX was dissolved by the state for non-renewal. DECEMBER 2016.

Mike held Newcon 2017 without a business license at all.
MIKE ACCEPTED AND POCKETED REVENUE FROM A CONVENTION HE WAS NOT EVEN LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO HOLD. And he’s STILL doing business for Newcon on an INACTIVE business license. Do I need to elaborate on how fucking illegal this is?
